Reviews

The ideal apartment

“I lived at 124 Roberts Place during my senior year at Cornell, and overall it was a great experience. I believe it is one of the best apartments to live in Ithaca not only because of its cozy interior and convenient location, but also due to the care that Carolyn put in to making sure all of our needs were taken care of.
Not only were basic necessities provided in the unit, but additional luxuries like a washer, dryer, and television were as well. Additionally, Carolyn is extremely accessible and is always prompt to fix any issues that may come up.
Regarding the unit itself, the amount of living space we had for just three residents was also a great bonus; I’ve known groups of more than four people living in roughly half the space we had. This made it really easy to entertain guests without the worry of overcrowding.
Overall, it was the ideal apartment, and if you see it available you should snatch it before someone else does!”
